ICD9/Diagnosis Codes

To add or edit a diagnosis code, select the lists menu, then select Diagnosis  Codes.

If this diagnosis requires a follow-up visit, you can have a reminder automatically created when a claim is created.  To automatically create a reminder, check the Requires a Follow-up Visit check box.  For more information, see the section on Physician Reminders.

Activity Code is no longer used.
